| Palace on Wheels: Booking Terms & Conditions |
- Clarify your nationality viz if Indian national or foreign passport holder or OCI card holder.
- Advise depart dates with the number of persons & cabin type required to check availability.
- In case of children < 12 years travelling with you, we also require their date of birth.
- To process booking, we require passport copies of all passengers.
- In the case of OCI card holders, we require a copy of the same.
- Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the published ticket value (inclusive of taxes) as an advance deposit.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.
- Balance payment must reach us 65 days before the tour departure.
- If a booking request is made less than 65 days before tour departure, we require a one-time full payment to confirm the booking.
- Travel kit & e-ticket will be forwarded one month before departure.
- Train operator prepares the saloon/cabin allocation chart only one day before departure.
- In case of further changes made in tariff or taxes by the train tour operator, the guest is liable to pay the same.

| Payment Options |
- Foreign passport holders can pay either by credit card authorization or Swift bank wire transfer.
- Indians pay by NEFT/RTGS transfer through an Indian bank.

- We suggest that overseas guests pre-purchase tour insurance from their country of origin/travel.
- It is mandatory for Foreign Passport Holders (of any nationality) to pre-apply for Indian Visa.
- There is NO Visa on Arrival facility in India- for Foreigner of any nationality.
- Maximum liability of Royal Indian trains is limited to that of booking agent only.
- Disputes (if any) are subject to jurisdiction of courts of Gurgaon NCR Delhi (India) only.

| This luxury train journey is co-managed by the Rajasthan State Government's Tourism Department in partnership with M/S Easy Toll & Cube Construction. Royal Indian Trains facilitates reservations in the role of a Booking Agent only; its liability does not extend beyond this function. |

| How to Confirm Your Booking |
| To secure your place aboard the Palace on Wheels, the following are required: a payment of an advance deposit, photocopies of all passengers' passports, and confirmation of the preferred travel date. |
| The remaining balance must be settled at least 70 days ahead of the departure date. Where a booking is requested within this 70-day window, complete payment is due immediately. Non-payment of the balance will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit. |

Cancellation & Refund Schedule
|
|
Written notice is required for all cancellations, which become effective only once acknowledged by Royal Indian Trains in writing. The following charges apply based on the published ticket price (taxes included):
|
- Over 91 days in advance: 15% minimum cancellation fee (applied to published fare, not discounted price)
- Between 90–61 days: 30% minimum cancellation fee
- Between 60–31 days: 55% minimum cancellation fee
- Under 31 days: No refund available
|

Mid-journey departures are non-refundable. Medical cancellation claims will be passed to the train operator for a final determination. Name or itinerary amendments are classified as cancellations.

| Departure Guarantee & Operator Changes |
A minimum of 17 booked cabins is required for the tour to depart. If the operator cancels a scheduled service, passengers will receive a full refund of their advance deposit. No liability for indirect or consequential losses will be accepted.
The operator may modify fares or terms without prior notice. Any tariff increases or additional government taxes — even those arising after ticketing — remain the passenger's responsibility. |

| Visa Requirements |
International travellers must ensure their visa documentation is in order before the travel date. Failure to obtain the required entry visa does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

| Refund Processing |
Eligible refunds are issued in Indian Rupees based on the equivalent amount received. A processing fee of USD 100 per passenger is deducted prior to disbursement.

| Legal Jurisdiction |
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws applicable to NCR Delhi (Gurgaon). All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.
